The Warsaw Night Market (nocny market) will reopen!

The popular Night Market returns to the platforms of the used Main Railway Station. There were lots of reports that that Warsaw Night Market (nocny market) would not reopen due to planned construction work to rebuild the station.

At the end of April, the organizers reported that the Night Market would not return to its place , ie to the platforms in Wola. They wrote that they were unable to extend the contract with the site manager or find a new location for this event. The reason was to be the general overhaul of the station, which is planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe

The month has not passed and the situation has changed dramatically.

“Problems have been successfully solved, and the Night Market can return to platforms and – before the station reconstruction begins – say goodbye to them with a delicious season” – we read in a press release sent by representatives of the Nocny Market.

“From the very beginning we were in good relations with PKP. We managed to settle formal issues, which I do not want to discuss in detail. There were people who could help us” says Ewa Siemionow, who represents the Nocny market.

The season opening event is scheduled for the weekend of May 25-27.

Nocna Market is a trendy culinary market operating on weekends, in the evening, during the last two summer seasons (in 2016 and 2017). Out of over a dozen foodtrucks, their show dishes are sold by masters of Vietnamese sandwiches, Chinese dumplings and traditional burgers. There are also ice cream, sweets and craft beer. For this hairdresser and tattoo studio, and at night the music played by DJs.
